Good Times

3 generations of soccer players on our block! From 5 year-old Liam to 70-something (?) Larry plus lots of Weinsteins and friends, this is a fun weekend tradition!
 Hiking Mount Falcon!
Deer sighting. See if you can find it!
 Mom and her hikers.
 The view.
Our future's so bright, we gotta wear shades, not that all of us are happy about it.
 Madden kid choo choo train!
Looking like a little Dutch girl in this shirt.
This picture very much sums up their personalities.
Our River Cat playing first base in his first baseball game.
Liam was awarded the game ball in his first game.  We can't say we agree with the game ball practice, but are so proud of our guy. He hustled all over the field, made lots of outs, hit the ball, and had lots of fun!
The pool is open!
And Maggs has a boyfriend. Just kidding - she calls him her "special friend." Meet Henry, our neighbor. He's a very cute and friendly guy, and loves to wave at Maggie. She plays hard to get, unless Henry had food that she wants or a ball she wants to steal from him.  Dad may be erecting a concrete wall between our houses when these two are teenagers.
 Thanks for sharing!

This is how it's done, Henry.
Henry, what should we do with that ball full of gross drain water?

I know! Eat it.

We also made our first Rapids game of the season.  It was a huge hit!  We were joined by Uncle Doc, Cousin Kevin, Cousin Brian, and Nina!
Way happier in Mom's shades than his own.
Two words: jean shorts.
These two hooligans spend most of their time playing with the net.
All decked out in their Rapids gear.

Nina hides behind her hat, but these two had fun stealing sippy cups and crackers from each other.  Once in the game, Nina was feeding her puffs to Maggie. Cute (2nd) cousins!
Our blondies.
 My favorite Rapids fans!
We also could be a commercial for Keens.
This was her favorite viewpoint. Dancing to the drums, and getting excited about the game (well actually, the balloons) below.
