We had an amazing trip to Hilton Head to see Nana and Big V for Thanksgiving. Sammy, Katie, and Scott also made the trip, so it was a cousins extravaganza with our three boys. Between fishing, beach play, animals galore, and Big V's plentiful supply of peanut M&Ms, our three little turkeys were happy guys. I'll have to do a couple of posts, but here are our first few days of a very fun trip. Thanks, Nana and Big V! We love you!
The day after Thanksgiving was Declan's first day at the beach and seeing the ocean!
He promptly crawled to a washed up reed and starting gnawing.

Getting those toes wet in some salt water!

Serious digging going on.

Happy beach bum.

Nana's easy to find!

An enthusiastic beach runner went face first into a tide pool. Hence the change into mom's shirt.

Not that it slowed him down!

Sam the digger.

A post-dinner, Greg Russel show in Harbour Town! The lights were the highlight.

Thanksgiving Day - the turkeys go fishing!
Katie and Sam take a break.

Big V shows Liam how it's done.

How to make Declan look even more round? A life vest!

Scott and Liam are pretty serious about catching pinfish.

Deck crawler. He he.

The littlest fisherman takes a turn with the rod.

A trip to the park for three happy swingers...

The highlight of day one was arriving at Nana and Big V's house and going on an alligator hunt.
Found one! Big V shows us how to chomp.

Alligator? Check. Now off to find lizards and frogs.
