Hockey Sticks

I hit the 11 month mark this past week. I am on the go and having fun as usual. I love waving at everyone I see, including my Babcia when she comes to see me on Tuesdays and Thursdays, all of the strangers at the grocery store, everyone I pass on my way into day care at the JCC, and anyone else I meet when I am out and about in Denver. I have added two new sounds (calling them words would be a stretch) to my repertoire: ball and duck. I really love visiting the ducks at the lake by my house and I get very excited when May wants to play ball, which is a good thing, because that is all she ever wants to do. She doesn't quite understand that I can't throw too well yet, but I like yelling "ball ball ball" when she is chasing it. I'm still practicing this walking thing. Sometime I take a digger after a few steps, but other times mom and dad will catch me walking down the hall to my room to go pull all of my books off the shelves. We can't believe the next month mark will be my one year birthday!

Headed to hike a fourteener? Nope, off to see the ducks in my new backpack.
It's a race! Who do you think is going to win?
I may be walking, but I haven't lost my signature pose. Take a knee...
This is what we call my monkey crawl. I do it when I am on an uncomfortable surface (such as concrete while wearing shorts) so my knees don't have to touch the ground.

My friend Claire had us over for a bbq this weekend. Look at Claire on the move!
And now Claire is making moves. She likes to hold hands.
It's a little tougher to get a good photo op with Tommy and I - two busy boys.
