We Miss You, Aunt Eileen

Liam's Great Aunt Eileen, his Nana's sister, passed away on June 15th after a long battle with ovarian cancer. We flew back to Allentown/Philadelphia for Eileen's funeral and were so glad to be able to be with our family during this time. Liam never got a chance to meet Eileen, but we love to tell him all about her. She was an inspiration to everyone that met her, as evidenced by the hundreds of people that came to honor her memory. Eileen was an optimistic, loving, strong, courageous, and thoughtful person. She never complained and was always game to try anything. Eileen was a joy to be around and we will miss her dearly. We are happy that she is at peace and reunited with Aunt Jeanie. We know they are both watching over us.
