Nothing like flying in from Seattle on the night of the 3rd, choosing a late night dip in the pool in lieu of a shower, and then running a 5k in the am. We had a very fun July 4th with all sorts of family. Kevin Jennifer, Ben, and Eleanor joined us for the parade and pool, Katie and Patrick were in for the pool fun, and then we met the rest of the Duddys West at the Rapids game. Yay, America!
4 of 5 Maddens ran the 5k. The 5th was pushed by her mother. ;)
The D had no interest in the 1 mile fun run. He was up for the real deal.
