Liam is 6! His birthday is coinciding with the end of his kindergarten year, and looking back I'm getting a little weepy thinking about how much he's grown in the past year. We've been so fortunate to have had a great kindergarten experience in our neighborhood school. Liam worked hard, played hard, and learned so much, all in a loving and caring environment. He wears the same outfit to school every day - orange Broncos shirt and work out shorts. It's hard to miss him. ;) Liam is still into sports, sports, sports at all times. He loves pretty much anything he plays - soccer, baseball, football, tennis, golf, lacrosse, even swimming now(!) - so it is very fun to watch him because he is so happy playing. He's very good at making Lego sets, especially Star Wars ships, and is very kind (but a little reckless?) in sharing them with Declan. He's definitely into his friends, but he still plays well and kindly shares with Maggie and Declan. He has always been really helpful, and now he's into new responsibilities, like making waffles all by himself! ;) We love you, Liam!
Liam got a bike for his birthday, so we didn't do a party this year, but on a random Friday off from school, he and his buddy Tyler got an all-day fun day - rec center pool, McDonalds, and Star Wars movie - a 6 year old's dream!
