Beach, Beach, Beach!

There is really no better place than the beach. We went during the day, we went during the evening, some days both day and evening.  It is endless fun for kids, parents, and grandparents alike. Liam and Declan would probably have stayed in the ocean all day if we had let them.  Maggs liked the ocean as long as she had a firm grip on you.  True to their interests, Declan dug, Liam played sports, and Maggie ate (sand and food), but they all loved working together to making castles, wrecking castles, digging holes, standing in the holes,  filling moats, carting buckets, and all around beach play.  We found sand dollars and shells, and saw lots of dolphins, a shark, and a jelly fish.  It was a blast. In the words of Liam, mimicking his mom, "the beach is my happy place."

 Cheesy Dad.

A rain break at the Keatings' house gives us an introduction to Danger Maggs. She'll climb anything.
A thunderstorm doesn't stop this Nana from having fun!

This guy really loves to get covered in sand.

We had to take one quick to say goodbye to the beach on our last night.

See ya next year!

Goodbye vacation! We miss you! Thanks, Nana and Big V!
