Our Maggie is 6 months old! Well, at the time of this post, she is practically 7 months old, but we're a little behind. Our little lady started eating solids right at 6 months, and to say she likes to eat is an understatement. Maggie pumps her arms, leans in for the bite, and cries if you walk away from her chair before she is finished. She is putting away food at an astonishing rate, and it is so fun to see her so excited about it. She also loves feeding herself finger foods, and is so proud when she she adeptly aims a piece of apple, sweet potato, or cheerio in her mouth. Maggie continues to be our very chill, happy little girl. She loves sitting, chewing on a toy, and watching her two brothers. She absolutely loves them. She adores Liam and still has a healthy fear of Declan, but they both make her laugh. Maggie is as round as her brothers were at this age and has perfected the surprised look with those big blue eyes. We can't believe she is halfway through her first year!
First bites... we tried rice cereal the first time around, but Maggie definitely prefers her mom's gourmet fruit and veggie combos.
