Moving Day

Moving day has come and gone! We are in our new house and loving it! We're still getting settled but it is already feeling like home.

Nana came to help out and we don't know what we have done without her! She was amazing - cleaning, unpacking, organizing, playing - she did it all. Babcia and Grandpa also came over every day after we moved to help clean and fix things. We are so lucky to have such wonderful family to help us. It certainly helped us get on our feet in our new home. Thank you!

Liam's favorite pastime: looking at pictures videos on Nana's iphone.
Love this picture!

Moving day!
One last bottle and nap (albeit in the basement away from the movers) for Dec!
Sulking that the squirrels will have their way with the backyard in her absence.
Junior mover.
Dec and Doc check out the big truck.
Bye bye! All of our worldly possessions drive away.
One last tantrum before we move...
Family pics in front of the "old" house.

Failed attempt at a brothers pic. Leaves and snacks are more interesting.

We unfortunately don't have any pictures of the new house, except for a pirate and Daniel Boone (or is it Davy Crockett) sailing through our basement, where Dec demonstrates that there is more than one ham in this family!

Does anyone recognize the white elephant gift from our Steamboat Christmas many years ago? I think it may have even outlasted the gallon of Cholula!
