Food. As in solids. As in Declan hates them. This is the first rice cereal attempt. Further attempts have been spurned with impressive back arching in the same manner.Waiting. Doesn't know what's coming.

The reaction. This is tame. The back arching just doesn't make for great photo opps when you think he may flip backwards out of the bumbo.

Finally, football. Typically, we are assigned soccer players by our 2-year old sports nut- Ginger Ninja (Liam, of course), Conor Casey (Mom), Pablo Mastroeni (Dad), coach/ref (Declan). With the start of football season, we have switched sports and Liam has given us new assignments. Liam is always Tommy Reese and mom is always Michael Floyd. Dad is sometimes Kyle Orton (which causes problems when we have 2 quarterbacks) and sometimes the kicker. Declan is usually the coach, but he sometimes fills in at center. Luckily, we are not raising a fair weather fan. Boo on the start of the season for the Irish and Broncos. At least we are raising Philly fans so these kids can cheer for some winners :)
