Planes, Trains, and Bikes!

Uncle Patrick came to visit us from Chicago, which was such a treat. We has so much fun with him and Liam continues to say "Uncle Pat. I miss him." about once a day, so he made quite an impression on our little guy. Patrick flew here on a plane, but he rode his bike to our house from Uncle Doc's, so Liam was convinced that he rode his bike from Chicago. Patrick took the train to return to the Windy City, so we then heard endless chatter about Uncle Pat on a passenger train (not to be confused with a freight train). Thanks for visiting, Patrick! We loved spending time with you.

Mom, Uncle Pat, and the boys checked out the Children's Museum, which was fun for all.

The fire truck was a big hit.

Mom unfortunately chose to wear shoes without socks, and therefore opted for booties rather than going barefoot in the toddler area. Patrick was not about to let that slip without a photo op.

Protective eyewear? Check. Official-looking lab coat? Check. Ready to hit the bubble room.

So many different kinds of bubbles to create...

... but the wall of bubbles may have been the favorite (of both uncle and nephew).
